RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS

Thank you for your purchase with us at www.manesurge.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our business and the products that we offer. Please note we do not provide any cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. If a package is returned to Mane Surge due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer, or if customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.  Mane Surge is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address in incorrect.

Mane Surge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Mane Surge will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and tracking information for the customer to investigate.

Mane Surge is NOT responsible for any discount codes, fees, promotions, charges, or funds lost or forgotten due to a lack of inputting any codes for promotions. If a 15 % sale starts at 12:00 AM CST, and an order is placed at 11:59 PM CST, the discount code will not be accepted nor honored and would not work as the discount code would have been in place at 12:00  AM CST.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive any Damaged or defective products, that may have been sent in error or overlooked by Mane Surge Staff, Email us at info@manesurge.com within one week (7 days) of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged products to support your claim.  Claims may be denied, depending upon its findings.  We are not responsible for damage caused by negligence from the postal service personnel while in their care or during transit.
